About the Project

“Clinical Tuberculosis” is a scientific publication released in 2018, written by Prof. Dr. Bedri Bylyku, one of Albania’s leading specialists in pulmonology and tuberculosis.

For this project, I was responsible for the complete graphic design of the book, including cover design, editorial layout, typography, image processing, and professional prepress production. Every element was carefully crafted to provide a clear, functional, and reader-friendly structure while meeting the standards expected of academic and medical publications.

The cover was designed with a clean and professional approach that reflects the scientific nature of the publication. Careful typographic organization, visual balance, and information hierarchy ensure that the book is practical for everyday use by medical students, physicians, and healthcare professionals.

This project represents the combination of editorial design and functionality, where aesthetics and readability work together to support complex scientific content.

About the Author

Prof. Dr. Bedri Bylyku (1932–2020) was one of Albania’s most distinguished physicians and a leading specialist in the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis. After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine in 1957, he dedicated more than six decades to clinical practice, scientific research, and the education of future generations of physicians.

Published in 2018, “Clinical Tuberculosis” brings together the author’s extensive professional experience and remains a valuable reference for medical students, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
